This is a binary snapshot of GCC 4.0.3.

You'll need a working MinGW (tested with GCC 3.4.5, even though the version
of GCC shouldn't be a requirement, but I recommend you to have the latest
binutils and win32api headers) and overwrite it with the one provided here.

It's compressed with 7-Zip. If you don't have a decompressor yet, get it from
http://www.7-zip.org/

If you have problems trying to compile, extract the files to an empty folder
first and then cut them all and paste them (overwriting) into your MinGW
folder (I had a minor problem because not all files were extracted directly
into MinGW's folder and solved it that way).

Have fun.

NOTE: It's highly recommended that you install this version in C:\MinGW
